This is much smaller than the suggested size.
My daughter is 9 years old and weighs about 75 pounds and I bought her a medium size which suggests she is 10-12 and is having a hard time fitting into her pants, they are too skinny. I'm not worried about the change, but definitely not a happy shopping experience.
