Reliable, just plug it in and they work
We bought these for my parents because she had trouble with the Bluetooth style. Bluetooth disconnects and has to be toggled on and off etc etc, just unreliable. On the other hand, these are just radio frequencies like a cordless phone and they work very reliably as long as they are charged. There is no pairing, just turn them on and they work. She has a bit of trouble placing them properly on the charging dock, but that can happen with all earbuds.
