
Bought three months ago. I already have problems with the charger. Microsoft let me chat for an hour just to say they could quickly get me a new charger under warranty, that's a week. Now I can't use a $1,000 tablet and parts for a week. Microsoft doesn't know what customer service is when it's bought by another company. The update got a new charger and so far everything has been fine. Update now, the screen doesn't work and Microsoft says it's bad.
