Received quickly and well packaged. Please order size L/XL as my measurements match both sizes. The instructions were clear and it was easy to follow. The inner shell contributes to the orthosis being very comfortable (no rough edges or scratchy Velcro). He held my arm straight without making me feel completely immobilized. I've used 3 nights and already feel less pain in my elbow. Highly recommended!
