Updated; This is a complete user error below! I only upgraded from 3 to 5 stars because that's all I wrote when I wrote this. Now I fully understand how to use it. Train first! Once I got the hang of it, I found that just because it's a really clean line, it works best. I used a paper cutter (like in the office) and some cardboard as a template. Once the template fits, I mark the trimmer and voila! This makes for a really clean look. I will definitely keep using it. I was looking for a color check; looking for fast delivery - double check: it was 2 days earlier; I expected it to move - it doesn't. For an artist/craftsman with better skills than me this might be the best product but I was trying to align 3x5 inch boxes and got two mixed up because it's hard work and I couldn't remove and rearrange. For applications other than box panels, I suspect this will work well (e.g. cutouts, flat surfaces).
