I bought it in July 2019 and I am writing this after not having it in September 2019 after less than 2 months more worked. Firstly, this was a solid product. It fit my specific Dell laptop model and I liked that it was lighter and more stylish than my previous one. But after a few weeks, I started getting notifications from time to time that my computer wasn't recognizing the charger and wasn't working as efficiently. It was hit and miss, but the longer I had it the more misses as the DC jack and the end of the cable connected to it began to fray. They've worn down significantly in the last week or two and now my laptop doesn't recognize it as a power source so it holds a charge but won't recharge. Pretty much lemon. I've never left the brick hanging for long periods of time or bent the end of the cord, so I don't know why it wore out and died so quickly. My last one lasted two or three years. Maybe it's because his cable is much thinner and lighter than others, or maybe mine just got messed up. I'm upset but what can you do? Buy with caution. Next time I will buy a charger with a thicker and stronger cable.
