As a customer of HeSaYep, I was quite dissatisfied with the subpar quality of their items and the unsatisfactory assistance I received from the company's representatives. The shoes were only good for a few wears before they completely broke apart, and the outfits were nothing like the photographs on their website. The jewelry was of poor quality and very flimsy; in fact, some of the pieces arrived damaged. When I tried to call customer support to voice my concerns, I was faced with personnel who were impolite and useless. It felt as though they were more interested in brushing me off than in finding a solution to my problems. As a result of the unpleasant and aggravating encounter, I came away with the impression that I had been taken advantage of as a consumer. In general, HeSaYep is not a retailer that I would suggest to anyone trying to purchase high-quality apparel, footwear, or jewelry. Put aside some of your cash and go shopping somewhere else. It is not worth the trouble to deal with this organization due to its lack of attention to detail and its bad customer service.
