I had a clicking noise in the dashboard area and had problems with the driver's side heater and passenger side A/C. I found the actuator behind the dashboard. I replaced it myself by removing the glove from the box and making sure this is the correct drive and then proceeded to disconnect the battery, first negative, 1st then positive then I unscrewed the 2 screws, located on the part and the electrical connector. Then I put the new part in the electrical connector 1, then aligned the screws and done. I then connected my battery first to plus then to minus and then I turned on the car and turned on the heater and the problem was solved, yes. Then it was time to install the glove box. Part fits perfectly
