Received today. If it had been received with scratches on one long side I would have given it 5 stars but I gave it 3 stars because the new item shouldn't have any scratches. I chose not to return it but put the area with scratches against the wall. I might regret it later, but who knows when a new one will come along. The plastic bag it came in was unsealed. The product was out of the packaging when it arrived. I doubt the scratches were caused by the packaging but it could have happened in stock. I would advise the company to seal the packages to protect their products. But I like the container and it's well made. I will try again and order another one for another toilet.
