Product packaging and original quality is excellent. I have yet to install or use the product, but it seems to be working as it should. An immediate problem is the lack of an installation guide or a quick start guide. It's pretty simple, but it would be nice to know for sure. Rubber adapters for .875", 1.00" and 1.125". Does that mean that in the standard configuration the mount is designed for 1.25" rods without a rubber adapter? That makes sense, but it does increase the chances of scratching my chrome on the bike without protective Mylar tape, which is not included. Even if the polishing is done well, the underside of the support bracket will not be polished or tarnished. Average price In my opinion the product, especially with a polished equipment one has to assume that the customer expects a visible look.
