Extruded = Better - Linear Motion Products
This guide is extruded and then perforated, not perforated and formed. As a result, it has sharp, rounded edges throughout and is better reinforced in corners where the stress tends to be higher. Extruded rails also have better dimensional tolerances than cast rails in my experience. Durability, excellent surface quality and no sharp edges give me these 5 stars.
