Great functionality - must-have if you manage large scale wedding planning

I love that it has easy to read language for our guests who are new or may have some limited English speaking skills; not only does this system provide great functionality but also allows us access from any device which is essential when managing events such as weddings across multiple venues! Our check in staff use mobile devices with apps designed specifically fo their needs so we were able connect them easily at an event where they couldn't be present physically using other methods like phone calls/texts etc.; no longer having hard copy documents around was really helpful especially during busy times. We do still receive paper printouts via snail mail however most clients aren’t familiar / don'T require these anymore either due ti ease of checking into services online (which means less physical stock control). The best thing about Navigo is the ability to check in and check out guests. It also has the ability to show guest list and room availability. The only thing I don't like about Navigo is that it is a bit outdated. The software is not as user friendly as it should be. I would recommend Navigo to anyone looking for a reliable and easy to use check in and check out system. The ability to check in and check out guests is a huge plus.
