Studied, bought, liked!

I bought this product to help my tired feet. I'm an older woman who runs marathons, teaches Zumba, and walks everywhere. Feet get tired even with good shoes. I had a Brookstone foot massager for many years but eventually left. After extensive research I bought this product. My favorite part is the air compression. If you want to know what it's like, grab your foot near your arch and toes and squeeze. Beautiful, isn't it? Even better in combination with heat and massage (rolling on the soles of the feet). I have read reviews that said this product is too rough or painful. I'm a size 9 foot and I don't have this problem. If so, a warm pair of socks should help. I have a pair of thin socks by the machine that I put on just before using it. This helps keep dust, pet hair or other things that might get stuck on the soles of your feet out of the car. One of the benefits of this product is reflexology - the idea that nerves from all over your body end in your feet. The idea is that foot massage improves your overall health. I haven't owned this product long enough to talk about it. But I can tell you it makes my legs feel great!
