The best part about using Eventagent is that it helps my business stay up to date in regards of trends in technology which makes us more competitive than our peers who are not as tech savvy or well connected. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me anytime I always make time to help people out! Nothing at this point. Would love if they would allow customization between users but there isn't much room for improvement so far. Using Event agent has helped by making sure we can be ahead of other companies within our space when introducing new products/technology. We now know what clients want before they even realize its available because we constantly monitor their conversations via chat etc. This allows us to give them exactly what they need without wasting precious resources trying to guess!
