The first day I received this order, it was used immediately to use headphones from an Xbox controller to a $300 Corsair headset. I have a crackling sound when playing audio. Now that I bought it from Revain (actually Anker made direct by Revain) I was expecting to be able to return/exchange it. nope Apparently this item is non-refundable. I have not tried contacting Revain chat or calling TBH. Eat up the $6.99 loss and throw away that useless junk. Bought directly from Anker many times, including USB hubs and other cables, so it's awful to see their return policy being implemented in this way. I guess it shows they don't want their shit back either.
