Industrial look on top. steel is normal. Building it can be a little frustrating, but it's doable. Just follow the step-by-step instructions in the exact order as they are planned for you. The chair seat is too hard. This is NOT soft leather. Zero shock absorbers, feels like stuffed cardboard. Did it really cost the maker of this chair to fill the seats with some sort of polymer filler? Or at least give the buyer the opportunity to do so by adding a zipper to the seat to allow buyers to purchase their own polyfill and pad the seat. Overall great view but uncomfortable seat when sitting for a long time.
