I like how easy it was for me as an end-user customer service representative who has no technical knowledge about programming languages or software development in general; however with just some basic skills you can easily understand what needs improvement from your own perspective which will help other users out there too! The interface could be more intuitive but still very simple so non tech savvy people would have less difficulty using this product without having any problems at all when they are trying their best not knowing anything related whatsoever regarding computer science/programming etc..

This program helps us translate our website into different language versions (Spanish), we also use its cloud version where one person translates multiple documents simultaneously by simply selecting them then clicking "translate" button after each document selected - works great especially if working remotely!
