Can do what he has to do and is really good at it! No Must No Fuss
Once installed, switch flicked, light comes on very quickly, no flickering or buzzing, I use a quad configuration with 2 standard each 48-inch 32-watt mercury lamps per ballast (NOT LED). Make no mistake, they appear to be quality at a reasonable price! Durability is Philips! It was easy to remove and replace, everything fitted together nicely. I now recommend it to others.
