The mouse pointer twitches wildly if you move it even slightly away from the table or mouse pad, making it completely unusable. Cursor movement is generally jerky and not smooth. It is very light, which only aggravates the problem of cramps. It's less noisy than standard mice, but it's not "quiet" or even quiet compared to other quiet mice I've used. In a normally noisy environment, such as in a coffee shop or near a fan, it may seem quiet, but for use in a quiet home or library it will be distracting.
