We have an old cottage in northern Wisconsin, the bedroom size is crazy. This is normal and does not violate the terms and conditions. We only use this place in the summer and maybe 15 days total in the summer. But I've learned to make the most of space and storage (it feels like a small New York apartment to me!). My daughter's room is particularly cramped. We have two single beds with a cot underneath. If you pull out the cart and put them side by side, they take up almost the entire width of the room. Oh and I added how old is this place? A socket in the room. So I needed a bedside and lighting solution and an electric look on the front of this lamp panel is a definite bonus. As you can see from the photos I used a few shelves that were actually for toiletries in the bathroom. I attached them to the bedroom walls to use as "bedside tables". There are floating wall shelves that are meant to serve as floating nightstands, but their depth was too great and didn't make clear what I needed for this space. The small shelves are suitable for what we need, they can hold a water bottle, a book or an iPad. And then the lamps are just a great couple. Having an outlet is a nice bonus. I add charging cables and keep them on the shelf so they're always ready to charge devices. I am very happy with the combo. I bought a second set of both and will be installing them in my bedroom in our cottage to optimize space in that room as well.
