Everything worked fine for us at first. The medium length was very convenient for use anywhere in the house. I wanted to love but the tip (the part that goes into the device) is JUST TOO EASY to bend! If you hold the device upright and place the bottom (where the charging cable plugs in) against a soft surface, such as a B. like the armrest of a sofa, IT BENDS! THEN IT BREAKS AND DISCONNECTED! Luckily for us the tip of the charger hasn't broken yet, that would have been a nightmare! They're cheap, and if you're careful (VERY CAREFUL) and don't put pressure on the tip, then it might work.
