I like how it's easy to use, you can add or remove keywords in seconds, with no need for an editor! It has saved me lots of time by allowing my team members to quickly search through content and approve changes as soon as they are proposed. The customer support is also great, if we have any questions we get answers very promptly (within hours compared to other software which take days/weeks). For now though all looks good so don't go too crazy thinking about making major changes without first testing things out. We've been able to keep our process simple by using this tool - there really wasn't anything that stood out enough to justify us going down such an expensive road of implementing something else.
