The process was very helpful. They provided me with training, coaching, feedback and guidance. There were no downsides to working with Brooks Bell - they are all highly qualified and passionate about software testing! I had a specific skill set that they needed, and they did not disappoint. If you need more hands-on assistance in becoming an expert at your craft, then this is the way to go. They also have some really fantastic workshops for testers/scrum masters. I would recommend Brooks Bell to anyone looking for a solid firm to provide career development support. I helped them bring up their skillset by providing feedback and direction as well as mentoring junior developers. I like that Brooks Bell is a small team with big ideas. They really listen to what you need and then go above and beyond to make sure it happens. The biggest thing I dislike about Brooks Bell is that there are so many companies out there that do the same exact thing and it's hard to know who has your best interests at heart. So far, we have been very happy with the service. We're trying to get our QA department up and running and they've been able to give us great advice.
