Review on πŸ’‘ OPALRAY Incandescent Equivalent Candelabra Dimmable: Illuminate with Efficiency and Versatility by Jay Liu

Revainrating 5 out of 5

This is the first one I've finally found.

I was one of the first to buy inexpensive LED home lighting. I started with that old half of lightbulbs and one day switched to Home Depot Cree lightbulbs for kitchen, bathroom and bedroom fixtures, which was pretty much all that was available at the time. and I waited for the technique to continue and catch up. It was like this. Lamps have become better and more efficient. A whole two watts more efficient across the board. Then there were night lights, which are so cheap you can't even turn them off. 30 cents a year instead of 30 cents a day is more efficient. Then I waited for my living room to be fully dimmable with corner lights built into the ceiling, and that took several years. Then it was on to the globe light bulbs for the vanity and these candle bulbs for the family room ceiling fan and I waited. And waited and waited. Globes first hit the market for $40 each and I wouldn't spend that amount. Candles weren't on sale yet. Finally comes last week. I found these 25 watt candles that only use 3 watts and they are really great. The ceiling fan holds 4 of these, so it has a total power of 100W and is very bright. They match the original bulbs and dim in the same way. And they only use 12 instead of 100 watts for the whole thing. That's what I'm talking about. Excellent and very effective these bulbs and they look amazing. I also found soft white 25 watt cosmetic bulbs. My master has 8 of these, and that makes a total of 200 watts of power. 2 amps to power just a vanity mirror. I had to get them to China, but they are already on their way. And many of them will only draw 24 watts of power. 0.2 amps. I did this to the whole house and all the bedrooms. Yes, everything fits. These candle bulbs cost 24 cents a year. These new additions will now replace all the lightbulbs in my house with LEDs, and it took about 10 years to complete. Minus the basement. It uses 4ft fluorescent tubes which are still much better than the old incandescent bulbs. The only old style bulbs I still use are 150w automatic outdoor halogen bulbs. Extremely bright and LEDs don't seem to have focused anything yet. It sure isn't cheap either. A while.
