Great case for my 2020 MacBook Pro, very durable, easy to clean and comfortable to hold on my wrists. I think it's a great design overall, and the little lip all the way around is a nice touch - when closed, although not enclosed all the way around, that raised lip touches the surface in front of each edge of the computer. Surface texture, embossing and stitching are all aesthetically pleasing. The bag is a nice bonus. I didn't find the pen holder useful, although I don't care that it has one. VERY reasonable price for quality and premium looks. When the laptop is closed, the case doesn't close completely, which doesn't bother me per se, but some external pressure can damage or warp the screen. As such, regularly cramming your laptop into a tightly packed backpack may not be ideal. My only real issue with this case is the thin bridge between the right and left palm rests. I understand why it has to be so thin, but this strip seems to be measured incorrectly because it's a bit wavy and doesn't fit perfectly. I sometimes encounter this when my hands jump between the keyboard and trackpad. I with this thin piece fit more tightly to the surface.
