Review on 🌙 Fairyland Queen Size 3-Inch Memory Foam Mattress Topper with Cooling Bamboo Fiber Cover - Relieving Mattress Pad by Scott Rao

We bought this mattress topper after much research on a very durable guest room. My husband and I often sleep in different beds due to restless legs and PLMD (otherwise I often kick my sleep which causes motion transfer to a regular mattress and wakes my husband). So we decided to test the topper in the guest room before buying it for our double bed. We wanted the memory foam to be soft for comfort and support, and to minimize the motion transfer of my kicks. Research told us to aim for a density of 3psi for a plush memory foam mattress. If my calculations are correct, it's 2.7. Based on reviews of other 2psi mattresses, they are too soft and tend to hurt people. This mattress is soft yet supportive for my husband and I (we are both of average height, weight and build). Neither of us woke up in pain, which was nice. We both slept well on it. My husband sleeps on his back and side most of the time. I sleep on my stomach and on my side. I didn't want to get out of bed in the morning because I felt so good. There was a very mild chemical smell for a few days, but it was aired out well. I was able to sleep on it the first night with no problems (and I'm currently pregnant with a higher sensitivity to smells). It's also slightly wider than the bed. We haven't put the sheets and mattress on him yet (we need to buy thicker sheets) so now he's on the bed. Didn't move at all after sleeping on it for several nights, although nothing held it in place. We will buy another one for our queen. I hope we can finally sleep peacefully in the same bed!
