I got this after my knee replacement surgery to relieve pain behind my knee. Do not use heat on the incision site, only ice. So I used it for back pain and sides of knee. The problem, of course, is that the knee swells for an extended period of weeks after surgery, and while it fits under normal circumstances, it was actually heavily compressed due to the swelling. I will use it again if the swelling continues to go down. Basically, it's like a balloon that inflates and deflates around your knee. never mind
