I had had this bag a little over thirty (34) days when the strap fell off the bracket. There was no way to put it back, so the wallet is useless. Luckily I was able to get a refund (after complaining to customer service as the 30 days had just expired). This bag was first flagged as very suspicious when it arrived and still had a faint odor. The company responded quickly to my question and said the packaging was sealed and the smell (my word of mouth) would dissipate after a short time if aired. This mostly happened just before the handle broke. Very disappointing as the bag is well designed with enough pockets and compartments. It only needs the strap to be more secure.
