This item is NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY OR TIME! Let me begin with the most problematic issue I had with this trainer, which is one of the plastic bones malfunction. I wore this trainer once and I had to take it off while out Christmas shopping! It was digging into my skin which caused deep scratches and bruising. I would show the scares but I just don’t have the time or energy! Secondly, the zipper is faulty and will not stay together. Which also pinched my lower stomach! Also, the lower strap is becoming super fuzzy, as if I’ve had it several months and worn it out! Lastly, the sizing is too big, in my opinion. I bought a medium when my clothing size is 12/14, and this was never got tight enough! It was so big that a small probably would’ve still been too big for me, and that’s a poor shame! So, with all of these issues, I’d say this is a poor constructed trainer with poor quality materials! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME, like I did!
