This product is absolutely terrible!
This product is just awful. I bought it to give to my mother who has cancer. One day I opened the box to inspect this gift. I couldn't give it to her. It's not soft. It doesn't support. It didn't look like the photo. There were hard lumps in the wedge-shaped pillow as well as in the adjustable headrest. And now I didn't just have to take this junk back to the UPS store. I had to find the best product that I know my mom would enjoy.
