I am so disappointed in this product! This is such a beautiful scarf but it had holes in the fabric. I don't even know how you managed to damage the fabric like that? Such a crap. and I can't return it because I need it for an upcoming trip, so I feel stuck with a damaged scarf. UPDATE: The customer service at this company is great, they got it right and advised me to make their customers their number one priority. I recommend this company 100%
