Easy to assemble, no wobble
I use this unit in my garage to keep my most used shoes handy. Assembly took 5-10 minutes. The details are tight. No tools are required, but I gently tapped the parts with a rubber mallet to ensure they were installed correctly. The finished block looks solid and doesn't wobble. The 4-tier base unit easily holds 12 pairs of adult men's shoes. Update 9/18/2021: I bought a 2nd block to stack on top of the 1st to make a 7 story block for use in my limited tool garage. Storage space on the lower floors and shoes on the upper ones. The 4th level in the 2nd block is not used yet, but I may use it in the future if I decide to split it into 2 blocks.
