Very nice jacket. It doesn't warm you up, but protects you from the wind and is a little insulating. I bought it to run outside this winter and I just finished a run in 37 degree weather with just this and a quick drying t-shirt underneath (with skull cap, running gloves and tights). When you run in the cold you need to dress for the 3rd mile and this jacket is great for that temperature. And if it's high 40s to mid 50s, all you have to do is unzip it. It has well sized internal pockets (where I put my phone) and fits me close enough to keep my phone from moving. 5ft 10 inches and about 190 weight, I specifically ordered a medium size knowing it would be too tight as I wanted to make it smaller.
