I like that we are able to pull in almost any information we need. I wish we could have more time series data to build our models. We are able to monitor many different types of products, and we are able to use the application to predict the life of a product. We have been able to reduce our warranty claims due to the life predicting capability. This has been a huge benefit to us as our warranty department is able to approve products quicker, and customers are happy with the lower risk of product failure.
