The item was replaced because the first one broke.

I gave it a star the first time I used it because the bag strap broke on the first use. They sent me a replacement bag and I didn't even know what I really appreciated. I have yet to return the torn one for a partial refund. I hope it's stronger and doesn't break when I load my stuff in for work, but I appreciate that they replaced it.
