I'm in Southern California it never rains here so I don't know how these shoes will hold up in the rain haha BUT they are cute and seem good. I would take a size up if you have a chunky child, they are quite tight but they are ok. My one year old loves them. The insoles in the shoe come out easily, but overall they are ok for the price.
