Well packaged in a sturdy box and then boxed for postage so it arrived intact and the pump cap actually works - except the lotion is so thick I find it hard to use them. Pump - I wish this nice thick lotion came in a tube for easy access. It's a good lotion and moisturizes the skin well, but takes a while to absorb like most lotions that contain setting oils (coconut oil) and oils (shea butter). But it's worth the little extra time it takes to absorb it. No real smell (to me) so it's awesome. And mine is 4 years old. The old granddaughter also does not mind (she can refuse some lotions, especially with fragrance).
