Review on YEQIN Shank Quilting Embroidery Singer by Hannah Curi

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Same size as the original 1/2 " ruler, it says 1/4 " ruler here. Good fake

I showed both Juki feet in my photo (I have a TL 18QVp foot that I bought for about $40 from online sewing stores for less than $60 in stores that sell sewing machines ) and the one bought by Revain is to the left. The foot is the same size and properly centers the Juki needle. (NOTE The Westalee foot will not fit the Juki as the needle is not centered and the Juki has no way to change the needle center.) Both feet shown in the photo work fine. The Revain foot is thicker but lighter and doesn't feel as strong. has no spring adjustment, which admittedly is not too necessary for my model, since the car already has some adjustments in its latest model, but I don't need them either. The main difference is that the stitching on the Revain foot is a bit harder to see. All of the ruler's feet appear to make a 1/4 inch stitch from the edge of the ruler's foot to the needle. Some say it's a 1/2 inch leg, this one says it's a 1/4 inch leg, but the overall OD is the same. I see no difference in their size. I really thought Revain said it was a 1/4" foot. it would be less. So I spent my money on it, not worth returning, it was my misunderstanding of the descriptions. I wanted to be able to to use rulers with 1/4" ruler foot when I had a 1/2" ruler foot as specified for this machine. This way, The 1/4" ruler foot I assume means that it sews 1/4" from the edge, while the 1/2" ruler foot is 1/2" in diameter. It's so confusing that they are the same size, if you didn't buy the line originally listed (it's on my car in this photo) then it will be a cheap fake that may not last long and it's harder To see the stitching but had to look for a better price on the original foot so this replica is a great value and works for Juki models like the 2000 original and my newer improved TL-18QVP.
