Review on 🐼 Stay Cool with TONYMOLY Panda's Dream So Cool Eye Stick - A Refreshing Eye Treatment by Bre Marie

I have to say that I disagree with most of the reviews here, this product is perfect for people who wake up with very swollen eyes or when they get tired their eyes almost tire. Don't care how fat they are (like someone suffering from it), this thing works wonders. I love the cooling effect but my eyes and the fact that my eyes are actually showing! I don't have a lot of dark spots but I think it reduces their effect quite well, it works great over and under foundation which I really liked, it doesn't smear or remove makeup which is difficult with any kind of wand to find is for makeup in general I recommend! And I would probably try something else from this brand! :)
