Review on MikroTik by Brandon Addison

It is relatively easy to set up our network infrastructure with mtk switches, it also has an advanced CLI that makes configuration of routers much easier than most other products we've used in this space (ease-of use). If you have experience using Cisco equipment then switching over from them will take some getting accustomed too but once familiarized its pretty seamless transition compared others I'd tried before ours - so thats another plus! In my case i needed something where there was no need or desire/capability fo cisco hardware at all because security wasn't really any issue here nor were scalabiity issues such as needing gigabit linecards etc., just pure ease ouse & configuratiion flexibility required by clients who wanted control / ownership themselves rather than relying solely upon us being their IT department's "managers". The UI is easy to use and the device is robust. The documentation is user friendly and easy to follow. The price is reasonable, and the device is easy to set up and configure. I haven't found any problems with the device. I have used the device to monitor wifi and wired networks. I have been able to do this with ease. I have also used it to test the speed of my internet connection. It has been very useful.
