My cats love Friskies products - well, most of them. Like most cats, they are picky. Purina makes good products, both wet and dry, with a lot of variety. Buying two boxes of wet cat food like Prime Filets and Savory Shreds in combination with dry cat food gives my three cats enough variety for a while. The seller, Wag.com is a good company to do business with and is always committed to customer satisfaction. Since Wag is a third-party provider not affiliated with the Prime shipping program, you will be billed separately for shipping even if you have a Prime membership. But it's worth the extra price because I'm disabled and can't always go to the store. In terms of shipping, this is where most of the issues lie - this isn't an issue with either Revain or Wag. Whichever company is shipping the product (usually UPS) just doesn't show the slightest care. However, as I said above, Wag.com wants its customers to be happy and bend over their collective back to fix everything, including backordering at Wag's expense and battling a seemingly indifferent shipper. The products are good, but Wag's willingness to make sure his customers are happy and satisfied (something generally lacking in today's business world) deserves this five plus star rating!
