I am 5ft 1in tall, weigh 54kg, have a small high waist and hobbit legs. I ordered a gray size smaller. long. However, it seemed to sit better on my waist (not that low) compared to others. The hips fit well/not too tight but the bodice was huge. There was plenty of extra room in the sleeves and chest line. I tend to strain my arms so I know they aren't that small. Because of the "suit" style, I probably would have gotten away with a loose fitting top. The skirt was a few inches below the knee - which I actually like - but the slit in the back was shockingly high, even on me. . , with a rich matt sheen, unfortunately the material is not breathable at all and even with an open neckline and short sleeves I only wear it in cool weather. Mine arrived wrinkled and I had trouble laying the collar flat, especially in the back. It just seems like it just takes more weight or size to hang straight instead of flapping up. There is also a problem on the front: the neckline opens above the top button. It needs to be fixed with pins to keep it safe. The buttons feel very solid and securely fastened - not flashy or flimsy like many people make it out to be. They are lined with fabric and match the dress. This will add sophistication to the image. I wish this brand had a very small variant, although I suspect I might have some fit issues on my hips in that case.
