Since I was looking for this information while searching for maternity and maternity pillows, here is my quick review: I sleep on my stomach and bought it at 4.5 months pregnant. From the beginning of my pregnancy I had severe back pain and from the beginning I was unwell/unable to sleep. but I put off buying a pregnancy pillow because I "wasn't pregnant enough" and thought "well, if I buy one like this now, it probably won't be enough for me when I'm 7-9 months old" Pregnancy ". So I settled for cotton balls, rolled up towels and other things to ease the bedtime/sleeping discomfort (news: it didn't work) It was stupid I should have bought this from the start as it works in so many ways can be manipulated, from a little support to a full body position, I felt instantly comfortable like I didn't have to stretch my whale body like 17 times to try and get comfortable enough to fall asleep (which HA, I still would have to get up in 15 minutes to pee!). Yes, this thing looks like a giant white pretzel or a swimming pool, and it's a bit clunky (like the bed didn't look "made" anymore since it looked as if you e corpse under the covers when I made the bed) , but who cares . It works very well, I think it will be enough to support me throughout my pregnancy and it was one of the cheapest pillows. It's long and curved enough to be tucked in to provide support from all sides, or left looser to provide just a little support when needed. A star is docked because I can tell it won't hold its shape well. ; I've been using it for about a month and the filling has already shifted to where I tend to pull/pull it. But for the price I think it's a great option! I'm glad I bought these instead of the more expensive ones. Bonus: the cover is washable.
