From my knees downward, my legs and heels have have dry skin that constantly flakes. I've been using this brush for about a month now. I use a good moisturizing shower soap and moisturize daily. No more flaky skin! You have the option of stiffer, thicker teeth on one side or much smaller, softer teeth on the other. A great product!
