I recently bought a titanium watch which I really like. Until it broke after six months. My attempts to repair it under warranty suggest that you should buy this brand as a one off cheap thing, if at all. "Titan Service Center" is just a third party called "ZWG". The warranty directs you to send the broken watch to ZWG at your expense with a $13 check for return. In this case, you will receive your watch back from the post office with the note "undeliverable". And you get response form after response form directing you to call a toll-free number. After that, an automated voice will try to sell you a timeshare. So email Titan about it. And get another form response directing you to call the same number. (Yes, I tried again. It's still the number of timeshare sales.) Why was I concerned? Because it was a very nice watch. So the moral here is you get what you pay for - it's a disposable watch.
