This mouse pad is amazing but it has a few flaws. Second, it's solid and protects most of my desk, plus it's a smooth material that's easy to clean. I accidentally got some mascara on it and immediately wiped it off with a damp paper towel. Now the cons. the led is not always the same, idk in mine is just an exception, but it is brighter and sometimes a different color in certain spots even when in static or glue color mode. It's at its brightest due to the plug that the light comes from, which makes sense, but it's not as bright on the lower right-hand side. That is, just like a thin paper sticker on the power button that peels off. Which is unfortunate because I only installed it in two days. But this is an AMAZING mouse pad. I honestly think mine was already a bit damaged or broken, but I still recommend it!
