Let's get straight to the point: 1. The advertised size does not match the one sent.2. The quality is quite questionable, looks more like matte black than silver.3. Made in China, not Italy, wrong.4. No tangles, especially for a Cuban chain design, this thing has tangled so many times I can't count. According to the description, the necklace was made in Italy, so I bought it. I have products from Italy and they are amazing. This thing left me with questions. Hopefully customer support can clarify some of these things. Buy with caution
