Bad connection!
I really loved this remote because my kids usually go straight to YouTube so having a YouTube button was perfect. But when I got it, it just didn't work very well. We have to point it directly at the small strip at the bottom of the TV and 9 times out of 10 we have to press the button several times. So I usually just use the app on my phone. Shit because I bought this as a replacement because the back of my original broke and didn't hold batteries. I was so excited and frankly so disappointed that I wished I could spend the extra $10 and get an actual Ruko remote.
