It's a little loose but a lot better than I expected since it's on.
I bought this for my 21 month old baby. It's a little loose fitting but way better than I expected given it's thin. It's absolutely perfect. I love that the top is made of soft, stretchy cotton rather than shiny polyester. I managed to fluff up the tulle skirt with minimal effort.
