We have a lot of family gatherings, so we serve a lot of punch. When our old one developed a crack we decided it was time to replace it with this one. It seems to be going well, we've had two or three meetings and everything is going well. The ice tube for the middle actually works as advertised and keeps the punch chilled for a long time. The spout pours the punch well and drips a little; the manufacturer recommends tightening everything, but without much success. I think that's how it will be. Too big to return the ship. I like the height of the dispenser, you can put a tall cup/glass under it and not hit the handle when the glass is full. Another thing I would like to consider is designing the packaging so that the dispenser can be stored when not in use. This would require their box to be larger, but for those leaving the dispenser for a month or two, I cannot wash it when you take it out of storage. It's not that we have spiders or other critters, it's just that I like to know that something is clean when I use it. Must be a microbe. Overall happy with it for the price and quality.
